Deeply Rooted Mechanical installed a new rooftop unit at our business Frames Plus More. Chase, the service manager and his crew were very professional. They took the time to fully explain the operation of our new unit. They also did an excellent job cleaning the work area when they finished.

Chase at Deeply Rooted is incredible to work with. I experienced a furnace issue during the winter and Chase arrived at my house within 2 hours of me leaving a message. He took the time to explain my issue and offered a fix at a very reasonable price. Chase even left a spare part for me and showed me what I would need to do in case of an emergency so I didn’t have to stress about him coming out. We also got a furnace replacement with Deeply Rooted and the experience was also amazing. Deeply Rooted did the replacement quickly and at a very fair price. When I have questions or need help with anything, Chase always makes himself available to help. The customer service him and his team provides is outstanding! Overall, out of all the HVAC companies that I’ve worked with, Deeply Rooted is the friendliest, most thorough, and very fair with costs. They get a 10/10 in my book.

Highly recommend! Deeply Rooted installed a new furnace for us and they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The furnace has been installed for at least six months and works great. It is quiet and very efficient. Matt and Chase were very easy to communicate with, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. Also, their prices were more than fair. I called Deeply Rooted Mechanical this morning because my carbon monoxide detector was going off, and I wanted to make sure my home and family were safe. Chase responded quickly and took the situation very seriously. He sold me a brand-new, reliable carbon monoxide detector and made sure it was properly set up. He also thoroughly tested my home for any signs of carbon monoxide and carefully inspected my furnace heat exchanger for cracks. I really appreciated how professional and thorough he was. Chase explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood the results. By the end of the visit, he reassured me that my home was carbon monoxide free, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Deeply Rooted was a great experience for our family! We needed the works- new A/C condenser, new furnace, new thermostat, you name it- and we were very pleased not only with the upgrade in equipment, but in the service that was provided to us. Matt and his crew were polite, respectful of our time, and very professional. For the first time since we moved in, our house is at a comfortable temperature year-round. I would recommend them to anyone that needs commercial or residential HVAC work!

On one of the coldest weekends we had back in January, my furnace stopped working. I reached out to another company and they agreed to come out the same day. However after waiting for several hours past the promised appointment time and following up with them several times over I reached out to Deeply Rooted. By this time it was evening and Chase from Deeply Rooted came out, quickly identified what was going on, and even helped me with setting up my space heaters so that my pipes would not freeze. Within a few days he and his team installed a new furnace for me and went above and beyond what I could have asked. My furnace is in my crawl space, so it's not the most pleasant place to do an install. They not only removed my old furnace, but they removed a second furnace which had been left down there from even beforehand. He and his team were kind and great to work with.

My hydro-static boiler was not working and with the cold temperatures it was not pleasant. Deeply Rooted Mechanical's service tech was top notch bringing the heating unit back online. Chase was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Deeply Rooted Mechanical.

I recently called on Deeply Rooted because my furnace was intermittently starting and stopping, without reaching the desired temperature. Chase was extremely considerate with his communication and showed expert knowledge in solving the problem. He was extremely polite to my wife while I wasn’t home during the repair and Matt was prompt to schedule the appointment on the same day that I requested it. Deeply Rooted Mechanical rebuilt all of the existing supply and return lines in my HVAC system and also tuned up my furnace. I interviewed 3 HVAC companies before choosing Deeply Rooted. I definitely made the right choice. They fixed my furnace overheating problem without adding additional lines the other companies suggested. I am a new homeowner that uncovered a crawl-space surprise requiring multiple companies (HVAC, Foundation, Demolition teams) to service the home. Excellent service! Very prompt and professional! We called on a Monday afternoon and had a technician at our home by Tuesday afternoon to fix our system. In March 2024, the company who had installed my furnace, offered a very low price to do an inspection. The technician that came out told me my furnace was leaking water inside and would maybe last another year. The next step was sending out a salesman. Who quoted me $20,000 to get a whole new system and a free water heater. I still question the push of a free water heater. I declined. Then in November 2024, my furnace stopped working. A friend suggested Deeply Rooted. 1. A technician came out the same day I called even though he had to reschedule a previous appointment because they knew I had no heat. (Concern for customers) 2. The technician replaced an O-ring, which took care of the leak!(Experience staff) 3. Once the furnace was running again, he politely waited 30 to 40 minutes to make sure everything kept working.(Character) 4. Well, it did quit and I did need a new board. He found the part and took care of it that day so I would have heat.(Efficiency) 5.Therefore, for around $1300 a year later, I have a working furnace. YOU WONT REGRET CALLING DEEPLY ROOTED!!!

Our furnace was having issues, and Matt was responsive and prompt in his communication. He let me know when the guys would be at our house, and then followed up the next day to make sure the furnace worked overnight. Highly recommend!

I have used Deeply Rooted for two jobs now, one for my entire Mini Split install and another for my boiler repair service.
